A plain description of what this website does with information. It covers this site only.
What this site collects
The only information this website asks for is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you pick, your message, and an optional photo or PDF you choose to attach.
That information is used for one thing — replying to you. It is not added to a mailing list, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside Elite except the email provider that carries the message.
What this site does not do
There are no customer accounts and no logins. There is no newsletter signup, because we have not set one up. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and no analytics service is connected at the time of writing. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other websites.
If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say which service and what it records before it goes live.
Attachments
If you attach a photo or a PDF to the contact form, it is accepted only in common image formats or PDF, and only up to 2 MB. It travels with your message to our email and is not published anywhere on this site.
Spam protection
The contact form includes a hidden field that automated submissions tend to fill in; if it is filled, the message is discarded. If a bot-protection service is switched on later, it will check submissions before they reach us and this page will say so.
Payments
This site does not currently take payments. The Ready Now collection is not open, no checkout is enabled, and no card details are collected anywhere on this site. If that changes, payment will be handled by a payment provider and this page will name it.
Images on this site
Portfolio photographs are of real furniture Elite has built, and so is the theatre room shown on the homepage and on the theatre rooms page — that one is a photograph of a finished project. The other room scenes are concept visualizations: the furniture in them is based on Elite’s own work, but the rooms are illustrative rather than photographs of finished client projects.
Information carried over from our previous website
Some details on this site — including our email address and opening hours — were carried over from our previous website and are being re-confirmed. Where that is the case, the page says so. Please call to confirm anything you are relying on.
The answers on our questions page that cover production time, delivery, payment, changes and returns were also carried over. Confirm the current terms with us before you order — they are the terms that apply, not the archived wording.
Asking about your information
If you have sent us a message and want a copy of it, or want it deleted, contact us and we will deal with it.
